How can i lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks the right way????
Unfortunately, there’s no right way to do this, a weight loss of 10lbs in 2 weeks is drastic. You need to create a deficit of 3500 calories to lose just 1 pound. You can do this through diet and exercise, but to do it in just two weeks is unrealistic. A severely restricted diet will make you unhappy and possibly lead you to binge anyway, undoing all your good work. Why not make it a month? Cut down to 1500 calories a day, make sure you eat three good meals, only snack on fruits and vegetable and try to get in an hours worth of exercises each day. You will reach your goal and be able to sustain it this way.
