How can i lose 10-14 pounds in 2-3 weeks?

In 3 weeks there are 21 days. To lose 49,000 in 21 days you need to lose 49,000 / 21 = 2,333 a day. That literally means not eating for 3 weeks to lose 14 pounds!!!
