1 pound per day would be very unhealthy try setting a reasonable goal like 10 pounds a month … if u loose more then that u might be stressing your body which can result in numerous dis functions… in order to shed proper weight u have to be healthy and provide your body with proper nourishment. shedding weight at a rapid rate can also decrease your immune system to fight off bacteria and other illness’s … so eating RIGHT and working out is your best bet ….
