How can I loose weight and get in shape?
Well, there are multiple ways to do that. My favorite is what I call the modified Atkins (I stick to this plan, ask Adam). So, instead of going by a strict Atkins diet, you allow yourself some sugar and other carbs on a daily basis. In addition to that, eat butter and molten cheese. I eat like that and I am not fat, so it must work. Another good way to keep your weight is to get a rec membership. You can drive there, go for a run on the treadmill and drive home. My last advice to you is to read Men’s Health and other fitness magazines (if you have that rec membership, you can often steal them from there). Looking at all those ripped people will boost your confidence that one day you will look like them.
