How can i loose 5-10 pounds in 2-4 weeks?
You sound like you have a healthy lifestyle for the most part. The proper way to look at it is genetically, so what I mean is maybe you are naturally a little bigger (even though in your photo you looked fine to me). But if you want to loose a couple pounds of course cardio is your best bet. Jog 25-30 minutes a day and try to throw some harder sprints in there as you go through. Stay away from fast foods, red meat and high calorie food or carbs. Stick with whole grains, fruits, veggies and a good intake of poultry and dairy.
