On the Tools Page, you will find a short program called fds2ascii that can be interactively run from the command prompt. The program will read a slice (SLCF), Plot3D (PL3D), or boundary (BNDF) file, and produce an ASCII (text) file containing time-averaged data. This data file can then be read into Excel or most any other graphics package.
