How can I log in with another BillMax ID without restarting my PC?
A One BillMax operator may want to log out so that another can log in, for instance at shift change. Different browser characteristics determine how this is done. If you are using Netscape, close Netscape (including Messenger or any other functions), then reopen it. Go to your BillMax URL and you’ll get the login popup. If you are using Internet Explorer, however, and you checked Save this password in your password list in the login popup, IE keeps both the password and the ID. (With Active Desktop on, IE saves the ID and password even if you don’t check Save this password in your password list.) Next time you open IE, you’ll see the ID and a row of stars for the password. Any passerby could log into BillMax. You can turn off this feature in IE 5, but not IE 4.
