How can I Lock my players so that future downloads quit adding in recently removed or modified players?
Click on Players on the top menu bar and choose ‘Lock Players’. From here go to File | Upload Tournament to notify the USTA server that this feature is enabled. This will prevent players from moving back to where they were originally and also prevent players you withdraw from reappearing when future downloads are performed. The Lock player feature should NOT be enabled prior to registration closing, as any newly registered players will not download. Once registration closes, download your tournament and you do not have to download again unless you are using multiple computers to run your tournament.
