The National Personnel Records Center, Military Personnel Records (NPRC MPR) maintains medical records for former members of the military and their dependents. Veterans and the next of kin to deceased Veterans can request medical records from the following website. http://www.archives.gov/veterans/evetrecs/index.html People other than Veterans and next of kin can make requests using the SF-180 form.
