All of the localization features for the compiled chm are in the hhctrl.ocx control distributed by Microsoft HTML Help Workshop. Go to the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop website and download the HHUPD.exe. Microsoft changes their pages frequently. Start athttp://msdn.microsoft.com. You will need to replace the hhctrl.ocx on your system that was installed with RoboHelp with the new hhctrl.ocx from the hhupd you downloaded from Mircosoft HTML Workshop. The compiled chm with display in the language of the the operating system of the users computer.
