How can I Loc my hair if most of my hair is permed?
Locs are best formed with naturally kinky hair. This is so because of the cylinder shape formation that occurs in naturally kinky hair. Therefore two options are available, either cut off all the permed hair or wait until you grow out all of the permed hair.
