If the graphics library has been moved you can use the File menu item Preferences / Set graphics library location… to point at the new location. The graphics library is contained within a folder called “Library”. This folder should not be renamed. When the graphics library is moved it is this “Library” folder that is moved. When you set a new location, it is the “Library” folder that you need to locate – not any of its sub-folders.
