Since you’re english I suggest for you at all the course of BBC: http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/italian/ I can say you that is almost formal! Not too informal like prefer young people. However is more valid! For a good vocabulary you can use this site: http://www.101languages.net/italian/ For a good pronunciation you use some software like http://www.linguatec.net/onlineservices/… But for a very optimal pronunciation you must accent words.
