The Snow Removal Reimbursement Policy, created by HB 544, became effective July 1, 1996. Local leaders of community civic associations, neighborhood alliances, or homeowners associations are asked to submit completed applications to the Linda Stump, DelDOT Administration Building, P.O. Box 778, Dover, DE 19903-0778 prior to the November 30, deadline in order to qualify for reimbursement.
