How can I learn more about getting data from Remedy and running reports?
05/30/2009: At this time, we are planning to work on translating the Remedy 6 documentation we have for data/reporting into documentation relevant to Remedy 7. However, the basic methodology hasn’t changed in Remedy 7 and you can review the Remedy 6 reporting documents linked from the Reporting web page to get an introduction to best practices and steps for getting data from Remedy, creating ad-hoc reports, or running built-in reports. Please keep in mind that some of the terminology has changed between versions (e.g. “Cases” versus “Incidents”). We hope to offer a workshop on this subject in the near future.
