Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with bullies, but there is no way to learn any martial art by yourself over the internet, or via books, or through any form of media. Try sitting down with your parents and see if they’ll tell you exactly what they mean by martial arts being a bad influence and see if you can come to some kind of compromise; suggest visiting some martial arts schools in your area and see if your parents can see that learning martial arts for self defense purposes can be a good influence.
