How can I know what is the right kippah size for me?
The sizes of all kippot shown in this website are referred to their diameter (shown in cm). A diameter simply means the length of a central line which extends from one side of the kipa to its opposite side. In order to know the right size of kippa for your head, simply measure the circumference of the area where you normally wear your kippa. You can do so by a measuring tape, a ruler or even a string or shoe lace. For an approximate head circumference of 40cm (15.7″) you will need a small sized kipa. For an approximate head circumference of 44cm (17.3″) you will need a small or medium sized kipa. For an approximate head circumference of 48cm (18.9″) you will need a medium or large sized kipa.
