How can I know in advance and make sure that all the services my family receives will be paid at the Tier 1 level of benefits?
We recognize that it is important for all plan members to make informed decisions before they receive care. Therefore, we have asked Tufts Health Plan to create a website specifically for Tufts Medical Center employees and their covered family members, where they can access the information they need. On the site you will find a complete listing of Tufts Health Plan’s network hospitals, including the inpatient and surgical day care copays that apply to each. Also included is a listing of all physicians who are affiliated with Tufts Medical Center and to whom the Tier 1 copays will apply. A complete summary of the plan provisions and some commonly asked questions will be posted on the site as well.
