How can I keep my shower water from getting cold?

Your water heater may not be big enough to accommodate that many people. Usually you need a 70 gallon for two people to be able to take a shower back to back. I live in a condo, and our water heater is only 40 gallons and it always went cold on me, and then I realized why. I found that the water pressure was too much. I found if I didn’t turn the taps all the way over, that the hot water lasts the whole time, and there is still some left. I sacrifice some water pressure, but I’d rather have a hot shower than have super-high water pressure.
