How can I keep messages from UW email addresses from being place in my Junk E-Mail folder?

If messages from UW email addresses (e.g. address ending in @u.washington.edu or @uw.edu) are ending up in your Junk E-Mail folder on your UW Outlook Live account, you can add those addresses to a “Safe Senders” list on your UW Outlook Live account. To access the “Safe Senders” list, log in to your UW Outlook Live account and click on “Options” and the “Junk E-Mail” tab. If you do not see the “Junk E-Mail” tab, try using Internet Explorer 7 or later to access your account. Please note that we do not recommend adding entire domains to your “Safe Senders” list since the From address of spam email is often forged and often appears to be from a UW email address.
