How can I keep a good metabolism on a starvation diet?
This is not a healthy diet, but you have to trick your body into thinking that it is getting food on a regular basis. Every three hours eat a very small amount such as half an apple or half a protein bar. This will trick your body into thinking it is supplied with food but it really isn’t. It’ll work for a little while but you’ll end up damaging your body permanently because lack of nutrients.
