How can i join indian army as a lawyer?
From the website of the Indian Army it appears that there is no special provision for joining the army as a lawyer, as exists for B. E/B. Tech. candidates in notified streams, who can join the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, in the Technical Graduate Course. In your final year of Graduation, you need to pass the Combined Defence Services Exams, clear the SSB, be medically fit and join the IMA as a Direct Entry if you come in merit. Obviously, a student of law in the final year of his graduation is also eligible to apply as per the above criteria. IMA runs two courses in January and July respectively. You have to be between 19 to 24 years of age to be eligible to apply.
