How can I invite people using other calendar systems, like Google calendar to meetings?
Simply include their email address among the attendees for your meeting. If the other calendar system supports the iCal standard, they will receive an email message from you and the meeting will be displayed on their calendar. For example, an invitation to user123@gmail.com would invite a Google calendar user with that gmail address to meetings.
