There are multiple social media feature APIs provided by Facebook, google plus, twitter, likedin and others like login, sharing, counters and many more. You can select the APIs as per your need. Just go to their developers section (developers.facebook.com and others) and you will find detailed documentation for all of them in their respective sections. This is a very tedious job overall and can take weeks as you have to understand and implement at your website.
