For higher level integration, you should use AutoReminder. Most network monitoring software can automatically invoke an alert script for specific network conditions. In the script, you can use the AutoReminder command line interface to make phone calls. It is also possible to use HTTP interface in your script or program. If you have a call escalation process, then you can use the Call Till Confirm feature of the BroadcastByPhone product. Please check the program help file for more details.
