The Virus it found is called “Backdoor.Plugin.Bored” and it is located in the following files: PTRCFRE.DLL, PTRCGER.DLL, PTRCENG.DLL and many other language files. • When I load the Brother software, the installation will not continue past the instruction to connect the USB cable to the computer. • The error message “Can not load Word for Windows 6.0 files” appears at the end of the software installation. I have installed Windows® XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). • I’m using Windows® 98/Me/2000/XP /Windows Vista®. I’m trying to install the driver with network settings, but I cannot locate a network connected Brother machine and complete the driver installation. • How does the Auto Emulation function work? • The driver installation failed. I cannot uninstall or reinstall the driver on my Windows® XP PC.
