A. Please configure Print Job Manager in the group as a “generic service” or “generic application”. 1, On both nodes, install Print Job Manager service in Tools –> Install Print Job Manager Service”. 2, Restart both nodes. 3, After restart, go to Administrative Tools –> Service to stop Print Job Manager service, and set startup to Manual. On logon, please use the account that you used to install Print Job Manager software and has admin permission on all printers. Repeat this on the second node. 4, Leave the service stop, and let cluster start it.
