Please configure CZ Print Job Tracker in the group as a “generic service” or “generic application”. 1, On both nodes, install CZ Print Job Tracker service in Tools –> Install CZ Print Job Tracker Service”. 2, Restart both nodes. 3, After restart, go to Administrative Tools –> Service to stop CZ Print Job Tracker service, and set startup to Manual. On logon, please use the account that you used to install CZ Print Job Tracker software and has admin permission on all printers. Repeat this on the second node. 4, Leave the service stop, and let cluster start it.
