This is a known issue. Please follow the instructions below. To install ACDSee for Pentax: • Click this link and download the file to your desktop. • On your desktop, double-click the file acdsee_pentax_fix_en.exe. Please follow the instructions in the dialog box that appears. Note: Do not click the OK button — keep the dialog box open. • With the dialog box open, insert the CD that came with your Pentax camera into your CD-ROM drive. • In the installer window, select the language version of ACDSee that you want to install on your computer. • Once the installation is complete, go back to the acdsee_pentax_fix_en.exe dialog box and press OK. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact our Customer Support department.
