After marking all elements with CTRL+A and copying it to the clipboard with CTRL+C, switch to Powerpoint (from version 2003) and use Edit Menu / Paste Special / Enhanced Metadata File). In older PowerPoint versions (up to PowerPoint 2000), the colors of the arrows might be rendered when doing this. In this case it is recommended to export the diagram as a Bitmap (BMP) file, and insert it in PowerPoint with Insert Menu / Graphics / From File.
