How can i induce labour naturally?
Hi, there are so many ways that are said to induce labour, you have listed the main ones but they are never going to work unless your baby is ready to come and your cervix is ready also.I really believe that when these things have worked for people its only because there baby and cervix was in the right state for birth.If your midwife tells you that your cervix is favourable then i would say try all of them!
• Nipple stimulation: Twisting or pinching your nipples releases your own natural oxytocin. A few studies have found it to be effective in getting labor going within 72 hours if your cervix is already ripe, but the method has not been well studied.
