How can i increase my flexibility fast?
Just continue doing your routine split poses, 30 minutes daily! Its not impossible to gain flexibility, keep that in mind, I couldn’t open my legs more than 45 degrees, now i can split almost to 180! There are some machinery used for making the splits easier, if you search in AWMA’s (Asian World of Martial Arts) catalogue or webpage you may find it. If you have brothers/sisters/friends willing to help, there are some exercises that help a lot but are painfull, lay on your back open up your legs and let her/him push your legs down to the floor.
