How can i incorporate veggies in my diet ??
Don’t eat the vegetables you don’t like. Which ones do you like? Add tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, alfalfa sprouts to your sandwhiches. Add veggies to your scrambled eggs. For example: tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms. What about veggie soup? You can find easy recipes online for minestrone, tomatoe, spring vegetable, etc soups. Do you like pasta? Use lots of marinara sauce and add in plenty of veggies: tomatoes, mushrooms, zuchinni, artichoke hearts, eggplant, etc. Try veggie platters with you favorite dip. Cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, celery Get veggie pizza, or better yet, get a healthy (or make your own) store-bought frozen kind and all tons of veggies to it. Try a low-fat version of veggie or mushroom lasagna. Look into veggie casseroles.
