How can i improve my sprinting speed at home?
Well tbh it’s gonna be pretty hard doing it at home. Try just going outside and run round the block or few times, or better yet go to a gym and go on a running machine. Run a little further each time, this will increase your stamina and works your heart. In time just try run a little faster every time and push yourself. Like say if you do a mile in however many minutes, try beat that time over and over. If not I surpose you just keep playing football til you get faster though this won’t work. You do football training aswell I presume? Just carry on doing that, and do it in your own spare time too.
