How can i improve my poor 100m sprint time?
You need to strengthen your legs, so work out about twice a week on your leg muscles mostly, but also your arms. also, try ladder workouts, like start with a 100, then 200, then 400 then 200 then 100 for example and do those at about a 80% speed. I would work towards a 13 or less if you want to be competitive. also, get a sprint buddy, someone who’s faster and aim to pass them.
