How can I import a project created in MediaFACE 4/5 into MediaFACEonline?
If you are unable to access your MediaFACE4/5 files and perform the operations listed below, send an email to mfprojects@neato.com. While MediaFACEonline cannot read a MediaFACE 4/5 project or file, you can export a MediaFACE4/5 file in .jpg format and import it into MediaFACEonline by following the steps below: Exporting your MediaFACE 4/5 design as a .jpg file Open your design in MediaFACE 4/5 Go to Tools > Export to view the “Export Options” window Choose “.JPEG” as the file format Choose “300 dpi” as the resolution Where it reads “Default Location” choose the target folder you wish to save the exported design in Name the file where it reads “Target File Name” Click on “Export” After the export of your design has been completed, you will see a message that reads “The project has been exported into folder (folder name you choose will be displayed here)”.
