How can I identify if my patients can transition to Dominion or if they are still required to use LabCorp under their plan?

Review the back of the patient’s card for their lab requirements. If the card identifies LabCorp as a patient’s preferred lab provider, you must continue to use LabCorp for that patient. If the UnitedHealthcare member card identifies “PAR” as the preferred provider, you can now send these samples to Dominion. However, if your patients are not required to use LabCorp, they can now be submitted directly to Dominion if you so choose.
