How can I hook my guitar to my computer or a sequencer?
First you need a midi guitar system. A sequencer is only going to need the midi connection via midi cables. A computer will need a sound card with either a midi connection or a game controller port on it. There are cables that you can buy at most music stores that plug into the game controller port and convert it to a midi in/midi out. What is Tracking? Tracking is the speed with which a guitar-to-midi converter interprets the analog signal and converts it to a digital signal. This being said it basically means how much of a delay is between the note you hear from the guitar and the note you hear from the synth.
