A drop box has also been placed in the Police Complex lobby (1870 US Highway 190, Mandeville, LA 70448) in association with the Safe Harbor Domestic Violence Shelters – Victims of Domestic Violence Cell Phone Program. You can turn in your old working cell phone and charger to: The Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, 1425 N. Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA 22201. Be sure to include your name and address when you drop off the cell phone. Your donation is tax deductible and a receipt for your phone may be downloaded from www.givecellphones.com.
