There are several things you can do. • Make sure we have your most current contact information and confirm two things: whether you would prefer e-mail (rather than phone) notification for holds and overdue notices, and where you like to pick up your holds. A staff member at the circulation desk of any Multnomah County library can help you update your record, or you can do this online under “Your Library Card.” • Pay any outstanding fines before September 12. This will help facilitate the transfer of library account records. • Print out or save booklists you’ve created before September 12. These lists will not migrate to the new system. • We encourage customers signing up for new library cards to do this online from now through September 11.
