How can I help 2 semi-wild cats living in my backyard that appear to have eye infections?

These cats were born in my backyard & I have tried to take care of them the best that I can, providing them with food & an outdoor shelter. They are about 2 years old & were in very good condition until I came back from a few days vacation & found that they each had an eye infection in one of their eyes that was producing puss & causing their eye to close up slightly.I’ve tried to catch them to try eye drops but no such luck. It is at the point now that one of them appears to have gone blind in one eye & the other who seems pregnant now has both eyes closed up & I’m afraid that she will also go blind. We have racoons that visit our backyard at night. Could the eye infection be caused from some sort of interaction with them?I don’t have money to take them to the vet & couldn’t catch them anyway. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
