Check that the volume control is turned on. Check that the speakers are switched on and that all external switches and plugs are connected. Check the sound icon in the taskbar (bottom right-hand corner of the screen) has not been muted or turned down. Right click on the sound icon to open up your on-screen sound properties and make adjustments if necessary. If the problem persists it may be that the Microsoft AGENT and SAPI aspects of the PASS program have NOT been installed. Both enable SARGE to talk. Reinsert the CD and follow the instructions to install them. Alternatively you may have problems with either the sound card or the sound card driver e.g. (the software which tells windows how to use the sound card). Please contact us for further advice.
