Once you have decided on the most appropriate method, you ll simply come in for your appointment or take home custom-designed whitening trays requiring about 2 to 4 weeks of brief daily sessions. Most patients can expect to end up with teeth approximately 4-6 shades brighter on the dental shade chart.
