Yes they will grow. You will need to allow the seeds to dry out for a time though. Also you will need to plant them at the begining of the growing season. IF you plant them late in the season they will still grow but probably not produce squash big enough to eat. Unless you have room to somehow grow them indoors. However Indoor planting requires a certain light cycle in order to get the plant to flower in which shortly thereafter your plant will start to produce fruit.
