How can i go about taking an alternate rout to getting a bachelors degree in education?

I currently have an associate’s degree in education and would like to get my bachelor’s degree. However i would like to do it using an alternate route kind of program so that I can get it quicker than going through the long drawn out school process. To my knowlede the alternate route program requires that I already have a 4 year degree and some sort of experience in that particular field. If possible I would like someone to confirm this for me, please.
