How can I go about frying frozen fish sticks?

First you need to heat some cooking oil in a sauce pan or a frying pan. Not a lot in the frying pan, just enough to coat half of the breading. Once the oil gets hot enough where it’s popping, carefully place the fish sticks in. Don’t over fill with fish sticks, you must have enough room to flip them over in. It usually takes about 3-5mins to cook. Once the breading is nice and crispy, they are done. Hope this helps out some.
