How can i give a kaleidoscopic view of Indian rural life?
Rural life may not be the life that everyone would celebrate, but for me, there is colour in everything I see. Colour of the sky, the earth, the trees, everything that has been given freely for us to use to the best of our ability. There is colour and music in the laughter and the singing of those working in the fields, building, in the home making, in fact in everything they do. There is colour in the clothes we wear from materials made from natural cotton, again, given freely to us from cotton plantations. Blue, warmth, in love, pink, in laughter, grey in sadness, yellow in sunshine that shines upon us, orange of the sun setting allowing us to rest, red sky at night promising us of another lovely day, green of the fields and plantations, Brown of the earth where our food will originate. Black is the night sky with twinkling silver stars, Lilac is the colour of true friendship, friends who will dispel the Grey, White is the purity of India and all those who are in it.
