How can i get women without being a chauvinistic pig?
I don’t think its preference I think its probably to do with the amount of abuse young women take on a daily basis. I’m old now and yet in my age group teenager in the sixties I have actually never met another woman who wasn’t abused in some way. So we have maybe a damaged psyche that cannot accept love or somehow perversely wants a strong guy to look after us. Society may be slowly reforming but it could be a long time before the gender issues get sorted in a good way. Just be pleased that you are not a chauvinist pig and wait around there will be some women psychologically undamaged enough or healed enough to accept love. Don’t automatically assume its a lifestyle choice.
Dan, I am going to answer your question on the basis that you appear generally well meaning but a scan of your Q&As does suggest that you have fallen into the trap of assuming that there are hard and fast lines that separate men and women and all women have the same characteristics (like over cautious driving for example…) Some people (both women and men), particularly young people, can confuse an rebellious nature with maturity because they think a disregard of authority is the same as a developed sense of self and an ability to make up their own minds. This is a mistake, often the disregard demonstrated by the rebel without a cause is disregard for everyone, not just disregard for authority. Part of the process of growing up is realising that. Some people (both men and women) for reasons that are far to numerous to cover here will find themselves in abusive and damaging relationships over and over again (or stay in one).
