How can I get voltorb in Pokemon emerald version for game boy advance?
You can get a Voltorb in the New Mauville and the only way to get there is fighting the 5th Gym Leader(has Slaking,Vigoroth,Slaking and Chansey I think or it is in your second battle with him)and get surf.The 3rd gym leader then will be outside the gym and give you the key to unlocked it locked to get inside New Mauville to off the generator go back to him and he will give you a TM which is thunder or thunderbolt.Inside New Mauville,you can catch Voltorb and Magnetmite which can be found only inside here.If you want to catch Electrode(evolve form of Voltorb)you have to go to Lilycove City in the Aqua Hideout and go and get to the balls where you can find a masterball too.If you want to get your special wallpaper(only can get one but can change )You have to choose me best answer and in the details part add in your trainer ID which is on your card and can help you get the wallpaper you want.
