it’s East of ROUTE 220 from SANDGEM TOWN so from sandgem town you’ll be in front of the Pokemon center now run a little to your RIGHT then down to the small snady beach the ROUTE 219 banner will drop now surf at the waters edge then keep going up then jump onto the tiny beach with the 2 kids then surf again you’ll then pass the 2 ladies then hop onto the beach again where you’ll see a passage on your right surf from there & keep going until you jump on land keep running to your right there might be 2 guys in your way you’ll have to figure that part out on your own
